Guardian eCommerce exposes trusted sites on the Web. Guardian eCommerce is dedicated to online safety and Internet fraud prevention, ridding the Internet of Internet scams, Internet fraud, and other Internet crimes, (i.e. phishing scams, email fraud, etc.). We welcome you to file a complaint here. In fact, we urge online consumers to report Internet fraud and other Internet scams. Anyone can report Internet fraud or file a complaint about Web sites that are conducting their activities in an unsafe, deceptive, suspicious, or even criminal manner. File a complaint or report Internet fraud - because online criminal activity will not be tolerated by Guardian eCommerce. Typical online criminal activity can inlcude email fraud, phishing scams, Internet fraud, and other Internet scams. By reporting unsafe or illegitimate Web sites, you contribute to our drive to maintaining online safety in the global Internet community.

Report Internet Fraud And Internet Scams

The Guardian eCommerce file a complaint and report Internet fraud initiatives involve an integrated alliance between International, Federal and even Provincial/State Law Enforcement agencies, as well as, with key regulators and private commercial organizations that have a major interest in online safety and an Internet community free of Internet fraud and scams. Guardian eCommerce is an advocate of online safety and online consumer protection. Therefore, we welcome consumer complaints, and urge online consumers to file a complaint or report Internet fraud.

Online Consumer Complaints Received

All online consumer complaints received will be investigated thoroughly by Guardian eCommerce. Since many of the online consumer complaints received are based on phishing scams, email fraud, Internet scams, and other Internet fraud, most complaints will be directed to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory agencies, Internet crime divisions. Where consumer complaints are legitimate and unresolvable, agencies like the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), for example, will be notified. Guardian eCommerce takes all online consumer complaints very seriously, especially when the online safety or a consumer's financial welfare has been compromised. As such, with online consumer complaints, Guardian eCommerce will notify the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory agency, for the purpose of further investigation and action against pepetrators of Internet crime.

Disputes With Member Web Sites

In the highly unlikely event we receive online consumer complaints about an approved Guardian eCommerce member Web sites, active participants in the Privacy Seal Program, swift and serious action will be taken. Although we monitor our approved member Web sites around the clock, we could never have enough Web site monitoring associates like you. However, to date, none of our member Web sites have engaged in any activity warranting online consumers to file a complaint. Remember, Guardian eCommerce member Web sites must conform to our e-commerce code of ethics and site requirements in order to maintain their Privacy Seal Program site certification status. Plus, Guardian eCommerce utilizes a dispute resolution process in the unlikely event of consumer complaints received about member Web sites.

We investigate all online consumer complaints relating to online consumer protection risks like Internet fraud, phishing scams, email fraud, and other Internet scams. More specifically, online consumer complaints relating to faulty e-commerce transactions, online consumer privacy breeches, false-advertising claims, credit card fraud, identity theft, financial losses of online consumers, are all investigated. Online consumer complaints, if substantiated, will be reviewed and forwarded to hotlists and agencies worldwide.
